1. Definitions

• Company refers to NEOPRIME Sp. z o.o.
• Client refers to any person or entity using our services
• Services refer to legal support, consulting, document processing, website development, and other listed offerings
• Agreement means the mutual understanding between the Client and NEOPRIME Sp. z o.o.

2. Scope of Services

NEOPRIME provides assistance with:

• Residence and work permits
• Visa support and invitation letters
• PESEL and zameldowanie registration
• Business registration and legal consulting
• Document translation and legalization
• Driving license exchange
• Website development for businesses
• Worker recruitment and HR consulting

3. Service Delivery

• All services are provided based on the information and documents provided by the Client.
• The Company is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties (e.g., immigration offices, translators, government institutions).
• Processing time depends on the type of service and external regulations. Estimated delivery times will be shared with the Client in advance.

4. Payment Terms

• Prices for services are provided before work begins.
• Payment is required in full unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Accepted methods include bank transfer, cash, or online payment.
• Invoices are issued upon request or by default for business clients.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete documents
• Cooperate with the Company during the service process
• Inform the Company of any changes (e.g., change of address, job, legal status)

Failure to provide accurate information may result in service delays or denial of permits.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Services may be canceled before official submission or project launch.
• Refunds will be issued for services not yet performed, minus any administrative costs.
• No refund will be issued once a case is submitted to authorities or development work has begun.

7. Liability

NEOPRIME is not responsible for:

• Rejections from government institutions due to factors beyond our control
• Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information from the Client
• Legal consequences resulting from failure to follow immigration laws by the Client

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and store personal data only for the purpose of providing services and fulfilling legal obligations.
All data is handled according to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, website designs, documents, and materials produced by NEOPRIME remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
Any disputes will be resolved in the competent court in Wrocław.
